Relaxation Techniques for Riders

Service Description
This workshop will focus on breath work and Pilates exercises to help you feel more relaxed in the saddle and sit more deeply. It is suitable for people that are both new to Pilates or have previous experience. Please bring a mat with you.
Cancellation Policy
Classes can be booked online up to 2 hours prior to the start time. If you wish to book after that time please email me to check availability. Please note that drop in lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. When booked as a block individual lessons will not be refunded. A whole block of classes can be fully refunded up to 48 hours before the first lesson commences. Lessons cancelled after that 48 hour period will be charged for.
