*THERE IS NO CLASS WEDS 12TH SEPTEMBER* This is a mixed ability class suitable for both those who are new to the practice and those with more experience. You will need to bring a mat to class.

Cancellation Policy
Classes can be booked online up to 2 hours prior to the start time. If you wish to book after that time please email me to check availability. Please note that drop in lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. When booked as a block individual lessons will not be refunded. A whole block of classes can be fully refunded up to 48 hours before the first lesson commences. Lessons cancelled after that 48 hour period will be charged for.
