For those new to Pilates or wishing to refresh their basics.

This class focuses on the basics of breathing, technique and form. It is suitable for those still trying to get to grips with the link between breath and movement and correct core activation.
Classes can be booked online up to 2 hours prior to the start time. If you wish to book after that time please email me to check availability. Please note that drop in lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. When booked as a block individual lessons will not be refunded. A whole block of classes can be fully refunded up to 48 hours before the first lesson commences. Lessons cancelled after that 48 hour period will be charged for.
