This class focuses on the basics of breathing, technique and form. It is suitable for those still trying to get to grips with the link between breath and movement and correct core activation. If you are new to class don't forget to fill in your online health questionnaire. Access to your regular class as a live stream. Numbers of participants are limited. You will need to download the free app Zoom prior to starting classes.
Classes can be booked online up to 2 hours prior to the start time. If you wish to book after that time please email me to check availability. Please note that drop in lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. When booked as a block individual lessons will not be refunded. A whole block of classes can be fully refunded up to 48 hours before the first lesson commences. Lessons cancelled after that 48 hour period will be charged for.
