Service Description

In this 90 minute workshop we will explore how hip instability affects the riders balance, leg position and their ability to ride lateral movements and circles. We will delve in to some of the Pilates repertoire to improve hip strength and flexibility. You will not only use the reformer machine and tower apparatus but also learn how this material translates to the Pilates mat. At the end of the session you will have a set of exercises you can practise safely at home to help stabilise your hips and improve mobility. Spaces are extremely limited. Cancellation Policy

Classes can be booked online up to 2 hours prior to the start time. If you wish to book after that time please email me to check availability. Please note that drop in lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. When booked as a block individual lessons will not be refunded. A whole block of classes can be fully refunded up to 48 hours before the first lesson commences. Lessons cancelled after that 48 hour period will be charged for.
